TSS, Inc. specializes in AI rack integration, with Dell as its primary partner, and recently signed a 5-year agreement supporting expansion. TSSI's revenue mix includes low-margin procurement, high-margin AI integration, and shrinking facilities management, with recent growth hampered by new facility ramp-up issues. Q3 earnings disappointed, raising doubts about management's credibility, but guidance suggests significant EBITDA and net income growth into FY26.

seekingalpha.com
TSS, Inc. reported disappointing Q3 financials. Procurement revenues were weak, and Systems Integration didn't scale despite TSS's move into a larger facility. Operational issues caused a hiccup in TSS's new facility's ramp-up. The issues have been addressed in Q3, making TSS's recovery in Q4 critical. TSS still guides very healthy EBITDA growth for 2026; the growth story is intact despite financial volatility.
