(the "Company") (Nasdaq: CGBD) today announced that it intends to redeem all $85,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8.20% Notes due 2028 (the "2028 Notes") on December 1, 2025 (the "Redemption Date"). A notice of redemption will be mailed to all registered holders of the 2028 Notes by U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as successor trustee to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A (the "Trustee"), in accordance with the terms of the Indenture, dated as of November 20, 2023 (the “Base Indenture”), between the Company and the Trustee, and the First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 20, 2023 (together with the Base Indenture, the "Indenture").
