In the Milling segment, the company provides a range of wheat flours and bakery mixes, alongside corn milling products that include dry-milled corn meals and flours, wet-milled masa and flours, and specialized blends augmented with soy. The Sugar and Bioenergy segment is involved in the production of sugar and ethanol, and it generates electricity from burning sugarcane bagasse.
